Awake: 7:22am Temp 67 sleep 7+07 overcast overnight @ Bushnell, Florida.

Rain is forecasted this morning so after Kathy wakes up, I transfer our suitcases & bags of things from the Suzuki to the steps of our motorhome where Kathy relocates them inside to organize sometime later. @ the moment, I encourage Kathy to join me in walking the campground to stretch our legs before precipitation falls. We had one lap in when we sight this big Ford truck heading straight for us…. it’s Gary & Rosemary from Pennsylvania. They just arrived yesterday so we do a quick update on each other & save the rest for when we gather later today. We continue our walk until the wind picks up & the heavy downpour chases us back to our motorhome full speed ahead.

Later, I write out a few checks: for services rendered on dental & estimated taxes to Uncle Sam.

Late afternoon, we invite Rosemary & Gary to have a few snacks with wine @ our motorhome.
After a good gab session & G & R return to their campsite, we watch Jeopardy & the O’Reilly Factor…before, during & after our dinner of: Tilapia fish, home grown corn from my cousin in PA, rice & a four bean salad.

Late movie tonight: “Music Man” with Robert Preston, Shirley Jones, Buddy Hackett, Hermione Gingold, Paul Ford, Pert Kelton, etc. Peerless Preston reprises his Broadway performance as super salesman/con man Prof. Harold Hill, who mesmerizes Iowa town with visions of uniformed marching band. 1962. Only a handful of musicals have I watched & enjoyed….this one was entertaining but didn’t make the cut. Kathy however, enjoyed it!

Lights out: 12:38am
