Awake: 6:25am Temp 34 sleep 6+21 sunny overnight @ Pahrump, NV.

K & I put the final touches on our medical plan & envelope, so today they will be sent out.
Kathy drives the Suzuki & spends over (3) hrs casually perusing some stores & restocking our refrigerator & freezer & other things this afternoon. Meanwhile, I finish reading the Escapee’s Magazine, the AARP Bulletin & work a few crossword puzzles.

Dinner: Turkey/chicken meatballs & eggplant, spinach, veggie Nepal Himalaya Curry. The curry was made from one of the packets we received from Eriko’s family at Christmas & which Eriko translated for Kathy. It was very tasty but a bit spicy.

Later we both watch the “O’Reilly Factor” & some of the Republican Debate & comments afterward @ the Reagan Library in CA.

DVR movie: “Get Carter” with Michael Caine, Ian Hendry, Britt Ekland, John Osborne, Tony Beckley, etc. Brutal crime drama about a cheerless hit man who goes to Newcastle to investigate his brother’s death. Caine perfectly embodies his amoral character & the film’s violence still packs a wallop. 1970. A little too much blood, killing & violence for us seniors.
High temp=48 Lights out: 11:33pm
