Awake: 6:45am Temp 44 sleep 5+49 cloudy, very windy overnight @ Pahrump, NV.

Nick calls from Seattle @ 9:07am; we both share talk time for a total of (64) min. It was a good call.

Kathy takes her turn on the computer while I do some reading; then she watches the Super Bowl during my computer time. I admit to not being a football fan; but occasionally my curiosity got the better of me & I peeked around the corner for some replays.

Dinner: Leftover power burger & a fresh spinach salad.

DVR movie: “The Letter” with Bette Davis, Herbert Marshall, James Stephenson, Frieda Inescort, etc. Lushly photographed Somerset Maugham drama set in Malaya, tells of murderess (Davis) who tries to cover up her deed by pleading self-defense. Davis, quite appealing in her unsympathetic role. 1940. Excellent murder mystery & its in black & white.
High temp=55 Lights out: 11:14pm
