Awake: 6:33am Temp 37 sleep 7+19 sunny, very windy overnight @ Pahrump, NV.

Late morning I walk over to the Saddle West Casino & pick up a letter from Matthew to his Grandma; it was his 1st typed letter & very short.

Later, I venture outside again to get a few items from our basement storage; otherwise, it was a great day to spend inside our motorhome.

Kathy does 1.5 loads of laundry & I spend my time reading & working X-word puzzles.

Dinner: Oregano turkey casserole, 4 bean salad, bread.

DVR movie: “Harry & Tonto” with Art Carney, Ellen Burstyn, Chief Dan George, Geraldine Fitzgerald, Larry Hagman, etc. An old man takes a cross-country trip with his cat as companion. Art Carney won an Oscar for his performance in this bittersweet, episodic comedy. 1974. Very moving, touching, but enjoyable story.

High temp=47 Lights out: 12:00 midnight
