Awake: 6:49 Temp 55 sleep 7+05 fog...overcast...sunny overnight @ Nicktown.

After breakfast K & I got dressed up, each grabbed a large pan & picked some wild strawberries on our property. It took us (1hr 20 min) for the picking & (1hr 10 min) for the de-stemming.

Dinner: Kathy-made crab-cakes & leftover roasted garlic & tomato ratatouille pasta.

Evening movie: "A Night at the Opera" with Groucho, Chico, Harpo Marx, Kitty Carlisle, Allan Jones, Walter Woolf King, Margaret Dumont, etc. The Marx Brothers invade the world of opera with devastating results. Arguably their finest film; one priceless comedy bit follows another. 1935. Old comedy; once was much funnier than it seems now, but the timing of the lines & actions is still commendable. Now it seems slap sticky & stupid.

Lights out: 12:09am
