Awake: 5:58am Temp 65 sleep 5+42 mostly sunny overnight @ Nicktown.

K & I attend 8:00am Mass & then join the KK for (1.2) hrs. After that, we exercise for (1.9) hrs.
After our late breakfast @ 1:00pm, I weed whack & mow grass on the west side of our motorhome for (3) hrs total. Kathy felt guilty seeing me slave away outside in the heat & humidity & wanted to help….but I insisted she keep her cool & do inside things; in fact, to set her mind @ ease, I suggested that she do the dinner dishes for me tonight. “It’s a deal” she said.

She did one load of laundry & I wheeled (9) loads of cut grass over to the mulch pile in the woods.

Later, we get our suitcases out from the lower basement bays for travel tomorrow.

Dinner: leftover assortment of meals.

Early evening: Nick in Seattle Skypes us for a short confirmation of travel plans.

Late DVR movie: “Jezebel” with Bette Davis, Henry Fonda, George Brent, Margaret Lindsay, etc. Davis won her second Oscar as tempestuous Southern belle who goes too far to make fiancé’ Fonda jealous. 1938. Interesting customs our earlier ancestors insisted on having; I wish they could have continued this behavior in today’s style.

High temp=84 Lights out: 11:55pm
